Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cells, while known to have demonstrable efficacy in treating B cell malignancies, are subject to factors such as product composition, lymphodepletion and immune reconstitution. Indeed, little is known about the determinants of differentiation and phenotypic plasticity of CAR and immune cells early post-infusion.

Watch this webinar to learn about:
- Single Cell Multi-Omics Analysis: Investigate how high-dimensional flow cytometry and gene expression data can be used to study association with clinically relevant parameters.
- Differentiation trajectory: Gain a deep understanding of the intricate differentiation pathways that CAR+T cells undertake, from infusion to their ultimate cell fate.
- Phenotypic plasticity: Explore how CAR+ T cells adapt and evolve, exhibiting increased proliferation, metabolic activity and exhaustion in comparison to their CAR- counterparts.
- Immune recovery insights: Learn about the non-CAR-induced signals that influence the differentiation and phenotype of CAR+ T cells, shaping the trajectory of immune recovery in patients.
